Established in 1981 the Company was originally started as a small owner operator
Earthwork Company with only five pieces of equipment. The company was built on honesty and integrity with a commitment to excellence. Bell Land Improvement today has grown to be one of the premier earthwork contractors in the Chicago land area. With over 300 pieces of owned equipment, Bell Land Improvement has the resources, experience and commitment to ensure a successful project with complete customer satisfaction. Working both in the public and private sectors on a diverse mix of project types and sizes has contributed to the Company's continued growth and expansion.
Project Management
Our experienced team of estimators and project managers provide our clients with continual support from preliminary estimates to daily jobsite support. Project Managers and field Superintendents ensure that our jobs are completed on schedule and our clients are satisfied with all phases of work.
Safety
Bell Land Improvement, Inc has established Accident Prevention Programs that include formal safety training, inspections and reporting. With an EMR well below the Industry standard of 1.0, we recognize that a safe and a healthy work place is a responsibility that is shared at all levels of our organization. While complying with all governmental laws, rules and regulations our goal on all jobsites is to be accident free.
